How to connect your first collector on iPaidThat ? 🖥️
Supplier sites are the second source of invoice collection on iPaidThat. Indeed, some of your invoices are not available or sent directly to your mailbox and are only available on your supplier's platform.
Based on the same system as the collector via mailbox, our collector robots will retrieve the invoices generated on the supplier spaces (Amazon, OVH, Orange, etc.)
Once connected to your iPaidThat account, go to the section:
"Pre-accounting" and "Collectors" puis "Service collector"

In this example, we will connect a Frichti collector.
To find the Frichti collector, you can either type Frichti in the search or scroll through the available list to find the collector you want.
By clicking on the collector of your choice you will see a window appear inviting you to connect.
You just have to follow and complete the information that you are asked for (login ID, password).
✅ Your collector is now synchronized and will retrieve the invoices present in your supplier space.
All your invoices will then be grouped together in your iPaidThat account.
By returning to the "Collector" space, you will see a new line in "Connected services" which corresponds to the collector you have just added with some information on the collection of invoices from our robots for this collector.
