We will explain how to connect your first email address on the ipaidthat platform, in order to automatically collect your invoices.

How to connect your email address to iPaidthat ? 📧

If you receive your invoices by email, our iPaidThat robots will import them automatically, without any action from you.

Here is the procedure to follow so that the iPaidThat robots can start recovering the invoices present in your emails.

Once connected to your iPaidThat account, go to the section:

  • "Pre-accounting" and "Collectors" and "Mailboxes"

Here is the "Collection via Email" space

In this example, we will connect a Gmail mailbox.

  • To do this, click on "Connect Gmail".

ℹ️ (You can also connect your Office 365 email by clicking on "Connect Office 365" or another mailbox by clicking on "Other Mail")

You then need to select the Gmail account you want to connect with iPaidThat.

You are then required to give permission to iPaidThat to access your mailbox to retrieve your invoices.

Your mailbox is now synchronized to retrieve the invoices present in it !


By returning to the "Mailboxes" space, you will see a new line in "Connected account(s)" which corresponds to the inbox you have just added.

The “Scanner preview” module allows you to easily know if all your invoices are uploaded on iPaidThat.
