iPaidThat also has a sales management system that allows you to send sales invoices to your customers.
How to create your first sales invoice on iPaidThat?
Once connected to your iPaidThat account, go to the "Sale" section then "Documents".
The Sales area on iPaidThat has been specially developed for companies, iPaidThat allows you to create and send personalized invoices.
To create your first invoice on iPaidThat, you must click on the "+ New document" button but before creating your first invoice you must configure two elements:
Create your first iPaidThat billing profile
Create your first customer on iPaidThat
1️⃣ Create your first iPaidThat billing profile
In the Sale area click on "Settings" to access the iPaidThat billing profile.
In this space, you will enter your organization information to send your sales invoices.
You will then click on "+ New profile"
You will arrive in the configuration area of your invoicing profile where you can fill in the information related to your organization.
Click on "Save".
You will see an "Invoice preview" appear on the screen which allows you to view the format and information you have entered for this billing profile.
To return to the billing area, you must click on the "Back" button
You now have a new line on your configuration profile to create your first invoice.
2️⃣ Create your first customer on iPaidThat
To create your first invoice, you must also create your first customer on iPaidThat.
To do this, you must go to the "Clients" section.
Then click on "+ Add a customer"
You will be able to complete the information of one of your customers and then send him your first invoice.
3️⃣ Create your invoice
Once you have created your first invoicing profile and then your first customer, you can create your first invoice.
To create an invoice you must click on the "+New document" button
You must then select:
Type: Choose if you want to send an invoice, a quote...
Settings: Choose the billing profile you created
Customers: Choose the customer you created
Then click on Click on "Save"
You can then enter the information for your invoice:
Date of invoice
Payment deadline
Shipping costs if necessary (note this line is intended for shipping costs without VAT)
Invoice currency
By clicking on the "+Add" button on the invoice you can add the sales items and a discount for one or more items if necessary.
Click "Save" to allow the document to remain in draft if the invoice is not yet complete
Click on "Validate" to display the summary of the sending of your invoice before sending it. You can modify the information on the screen if you wish.
Then click on "Validate" to send it to your customer.
